Mary-Jane will read her favourite scene from the book.
The Dutch translation is ready but has not yet been published. However, the author will also read an excerpt from it. The lecture will be bilingual: in both Dutch and English.
The author is also more than happy to answer any questions about the book or her experience of self-publishing. Bring your book along, or buy one at the event. Mary-Jane will be happy to write a personal note in it.
The author will, of course, not let this moment pass without offering a small gift. Anyone who buys the book at the event will receive an envelope containing stickers and a bookmark.
You can purchase pins featuring a black cat, a raven, or a sword with a dragon at the event for a small fee.
