Hiring a professional
Of course you can hire a professional. This can cost you a lot of money. Some will charge by the hour which can become very expensive.
If you're not very technical and you are getting nervous just thinking about doing it yourself then by all means, hire someone!
DIY
I have learnt that doing it yourself is much cheaper and you have full control of the design. And... fact: it is faster!
Just be patient with yourself and follow several tutorials.

There are many more tutorials on YouTube that you can find. Once you know how to do it yourself, you can create your book from the outside and the inside just the way you want!
